I feel like I'm not getting really noticed on here... -_-

I really like some of my works, but no one really notices them, like they are viewed 4 times. Can anyone help critique my work so I can get better? I know I need to talk to people so they in turn look at my work too and I do that.

Is it just a photographer thing? Blagh.

I'll try to keep up the work and see if anything changes.

Any advice would be most welcome. :)

well, i can give you some tips if you like.. i'm far from an expert, but i'll try ;) 1 st one: For the lunar eclipse images, did you use a tripod? You should use one and then you can knock the iso down to 100, so it will be less grainy ;)

Yeah, I wasn't sure just what ISO to put it at... I was afraid 100 would blur a bit, but it seems the higher just was too much. :/

Yeah I used a tripod... it's pretty much essential.^^ I think maybe my problem was the focus, I set it to manual and rolled it to infinity. Should I have tried to auto focus? Was infinity too large so I was actually focused "behind" the moon? I'm not sure of it's distance and most camera's focal point of infinity.

And I really appreciate the help! :D

I think the lower the iso the better really. If you have a tripod, that's fine. with the canon cameras infinity is just off the 'end of the focus, so i have to focus with the auto focus on something bright in the sky (the moon say) then swith to manual, so the lens doesn't try and focus on something when clicking the shutter. Maybe you should try that?? You would think the moon is at infinity though . hmmm lol! hope this helps

Yeah, it does.^^ I did think the moon should have been infinity, but I'll try out what you said next time, Auto focus then manual. :D
